OPPORTUNITY
We’re seeking a Marketing operations & integrated marketing manager to join our team as we enter an exciting next stage of growth at Ciele Athletics.
This is a brand-new role at Ciele. In this role, you’ll set the go-to-market rhythm for the entire organization, and own channel marketing execution for our wholesale partners, distributors, and our espace|MTL flagship. This role exists to create clarity and visibility across every team that touches a launch, what's going out, when, through which channels, and what needs to happen first. You partner across brand, creative, digital, retail, e-commerce, product, and global distribution to ensure campaigns land cleanly, data is trustworthy, workflows are efficient, and marketing investment is transparent and measurable. You bring structure without killing momentum, creating shared visibility into how work moves, how decisions get made, how tools get used, and how results get understood.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Go-to-Market Operations
• Design and own Ciele's GTM calendar: the system of record for what's launching, when, through which channels, and with what dependencies
• Set the planning cadence: weekly and seasonal rhythms that give cross-functional teams clarity without bureaucracy
• Build the GTM operating model from the ground up: launch tiering, prioritization frameworks, briefing standards, and decision rights
• Establish clear ways of working across brand, digital, retail, e-comm, and product: who owns what at different stages of the GTM process, when decisions are needed, and what done actually looks like
• Own campaign workflows end-to-end, from brief to launch to post-mortem, across all channels
• Own & project manage the sell in tools for wholesale and distributors (eg. Catalog, PK tools)
• Define KPI standards, own tracking hygiene, and deliver a consistent reporting cadence that supports real decisions — not just documentation
• Manage budget tracking across current and future year investment needs, and own agency and vendor coordination tied to campaign delivery
• Elevate planning discipline across the team — coaching and modeling what great operational execution looks like, and helping others get there
• Building scalable playbooks for seasonal moments and product drops, so execution is consistent across teams and time
Channel Marketing
• Own the marketing strategy and execution for wholesale, Distributor, and DTC; seasonal sell-in support, co-op campaigns, in-store fixtures, and partner-facing assets, etc.
• Decide how Ciele shows up at retail: what tools, assets, and programs partners get, and what standards they're held to
• Build scalable retail playbooks for key seasonal moments so execution is consistent across accounts and geographies
• Be the main marketing point of contact for our global sales team, a true partner, not a service provider
• Align marketing support with commercial objectives and priorities for our DTC and key wholesale partners
• Deepening alignment with our global distribution partners and commercial teams so execution is coordinated, adaptable, and brand-consistent everywhere we operate
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• 5 years+ of experience in marketing operations, brand operations, or channel marketing, ideally in running, outdoor, and/or sporting goods, consumer product brand environment.
• Experience managing and/or maintaining go-to-market
• Direct experience with wholesale and/or retail channel marketing: co-op programs, sell-in support, in-store execution, partner asset management
• Excellent project management and prioritization skills to drive visibility, accountability, and on-time delivery
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, comfortable juggling multiple priorities against tight deadlines and within resourcing constraints
• Strong working knowledge of the marketing process end to end: from brief through launch to post-mortem, across channels and cross-functional teams
• Familiar with creative and production workflows and skilled at planning around timelines, approvals, and dependencies
• Bilingual (English and French)
• A genuine interest in running, outdoor, or activewear culture is a strong plus.

OPPORTUNITY
We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team as we enter an exciting next stage of growth at Ciele Athletics.
This is a brand-new role at Ciele. In this role, you’ll set strategy for, plan, and execute marketing across our owned and paid digital channels. You'll own email and SMS end to end, performance marketing, web, and affiliate, and act as the connective tissue across marketing and ecom teams turning channel data into a clear point of view on what to do next. You'll work with a small, cross-functional group (communications, creative, ecommerce, marketing ops) to get things done, and you'll have real ownership over how digital marketing runs at Ciele from day one.
If you’re passionate about digital channel performance, run with us.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Email & SMS Marketing
• Own email and SMS end to end: writing and building campaigns and newsletters, then handling segmentation, QA, and scheduling, including responsive template development and automated, trigger-based lifecycle flows.
• Run a continuous A/B testing program (subject lines, layouts, copy) and monitor performance (open rate, CTR, conversion, unsubscribe rate) to grow the subscriber base and drive results.
• Keep the brand compliant (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR) and current on best practices and emerging tools, including AI.
• Partner closely with Brand, Creative, Merchandising, and Comms to ensure timely, cohesive, and brand-aligned campaign launches.
Performance Marketing, Web & Affiliate
• Own performance marketing strategy and execution across paid social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest), paid search (Google), and other paid channels, managing a lean, multi-channel budget hands-on to hit CAC, ROAS, and revenue targets, and reallocating spend around seasonal priorities.
• Manage the affiliate and partnerships program end to end.
• Oversee the marketing performance of our ecommerce sites (Canada, US, and Intl): landing pages, conversion rate optimization, on-site merchandising, and web/dev coordination.
• Set up and maintain tracking and attribution (GA4, pixel/conversion APIs, UTM taxonomy), and manage relationships with agencies, freelancers, and platform reps as needed.
Content Direction & Channel Guidance
• Define what content is needed to support marketing objectives, write the brief, and set expectations for volume, focus, and messaging priorities with Marketing Ops, Creative, and Comms.
• Give partners clear, ongoing direction on what's working, what isn't, and how content should evolve, keeping everything tied to campaign goals, customer needs, and performance.
Strategy & Performance
• Define the strategy and role for each digital channel (email, web, paid, affiliate, social), and set realistic KPIs and quarterly priorities aligned with business goals.
• Consolidate performance insights across channels into clear, actionable recommendations, and present monthly updates to leadership (what worked, what didn't, and what's next.)
• Continuously evolve the approach based on results, customer behavior, and competitive activity, reallocating investment and closing any gaps in campaign support.
• Keep every digital channel working together as one coherent story, not a set of disconnected campaigns.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• 3–6 years of experience in digital or performance marketing, ideally in ecommerce, DTC, or a small/growing consumer brand. You know what it's like to build something without a big team or budget behind you.
• Hands-on experience owning email/SMS programs end to end in a platform like Klaviyo, Attentive, or similar, including responsive template development, segmentation, and lifecycle automation.
• Strong copywriting skills: comfortable writing compelling, on-brand email and newsletter content, from subject lines to body copy
• Hands-on experience managing paid social and paid search campaigns, including budget ownership and platform-level optimization.
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms (e.g., Avantlink) and program management.
• Working knowledge of Shopify (or comparable ecommerce platform) and basic web/CRO principles.
• Strong analytical skills: comfortable in GA4, spreadsheets, and platform reporting, with a track record of turning data into clear recommendations and presenting results to leadership.
• Comfortable setting direction and building processes from scratch in a small, resource-conscious environment.
• Excellent project management and prioritization skills; able to juggle multiple channels and deadlines independently.
• Bilingual (English and French) both written and spoken
• A genuine interest in running, outdoor, or activewear culture is a strong plus.
