ciele athletics, a rapidly growing athletics brand based in montreal, canada, is on the search for a client experience specialist who wants to join the dynamic and inclusive team of espace|MTL, espace|MTL is ciele athletics’s new flagship store, ground zero for clients looking to discover running, its community, and our brands products and experiences in a boutique setting. the adjoining community space, will give anyone with an interest in running a chance to meet and experience running and the many facets of its dynamic community through regular meet ups and events. if you know someone who might be interested, please share.

we’re looking for a team player who loves to create new connections and who is passionate about technical product and innovation, you love to understand the why and how behind every details.as the first point of contact in the company, you will help create exceptional experiences by supporting people in everything ciele athletics related.

main responsibilities
- working in collaboration with the team and fostering an inclusive environment.
- offering the best in class customer experience to anyone visiting Espace.
- supporting customers according to their needs, in an enthusiastic, genuine, warm way and ensuring that we meet their expectations.
- being a ciele athletics product expert you share product knowledge that meets the customer’s needs.
- processing sales, returns and exchanges as well as refunds and credits when necessary.
- receiving and processing new products as well as restocking the space when required.
- offering solutions to any problem that might occur throughout the day.
- providing feedback to the team about workflow and processes on a regular basis.
- ensuring that products are presented in a way that meets our highest standards of merchandising.
- considering social and environmental outcomes in all decision making.
qualifications
- bilingual (french and english) with excellent verbal communication skills in both languages.
- experience working in a customer service environment (an asset).
- ability to stand and walks during long period of time, up to 8 hours.
- ability to lift safely boxes up to 30 pounds on a regular basis.
availabilities
- Work schedule may vary, you have to be willing to work on mornings, afternoons, nights and weekends.
